PORTFOLIO

Rebellion-ProgrammeWe’re the exclusive designers for REBELLION FESTIVALS –  the worlds largest independent Punk and Alternative music festival. We produce over 70,000 flyers for them across a number of different designs each year. Plus all their display advertising too. Far too much to upload to our portfolio as we’re working on a Rebellion bit of art at least once a week! However, each year we also get to produce the festival programme. We’ve done this for the last 4 years now. Whilst we were finding our feet with the first couple, they have really taken a life of their own now with many people saying that this years 76 page issue was so good that it should be turned into a quarterly magazine. It’s a lot of work (we source all content and look after all the advertising too) but it’s worth it when you get comments like that!

xxivThe UK SUBS are now on X (hence XXIV) with their quest to have an album for every letter of the alphabet. We also did the artwork for W (Work In Progress) but this release gave us the most satisfaction. It’s always great when the client (the record label) like the work you do but when the band tell you it’s the best artwork they’ve had and that “you really ‘got it’ guys” then you know you must be doing something right.

When it comes from the legend that is Charlie Harper – well you know that there’s nothing that can quite beat that.

This is available on CD and we’ve also done 4 vinyl versions too.

HMK-kitschOccasionally you get to work on a project that is a labour of love. The HEAVY METAL KIDS album “Kitsch” was one of those. Not only is it an all time favourite of ours here at Chase The Ace but “Hey Little Girl” (which is a B Side and found on here as a bonus track) was actually the song that our director walked down the isle to!

We’ve been lucky to do the first two HMK albums too!
