Deluxe Limited Edition Hardback Digibook celebrating Punk legends COCK SPARRERs 40th Anniversary – say no more!

The TROJAN PRESENTS range has been expanded by another 3 classic titles – “Boss Reggae”, “Mod Ska” and “The Producers”. We’ve kept the overall design of the series but have been lucky to be allowed to be a bit more creative with the front covers.

Having done the artwork for Suzi Quatro’s new studio album “In The Spotlight” we were excited to work on the deluxe boxset edition which included a bonus CD “In The Dark” a VIP Laminate and all housed in a clamshell box.

We mainly do re-issue artwork. However every now and again we get a chance to do a new release and not be constrained by previous artists. With the UKs premier Street Punk band ARGY BARGY, we not only had free reign on the artwork but also the packaging. We decided to put this in a hard back DIGI BOOK. It’s looks amazing if we say so ourselves! So much so that we think we started a trend as CockSparrer, UK SUBS, Last Resort and a few others have all since followed this format.

August this year is the 50th Anniversary of Jamaican Independence. For Universal Music who are the rights holders to TROJAN RECORDS this is a very important time as their catalogue of classic Reggae, Ska and Rocksteady has been the soundtrack to this amazing island. We are honoured to have been chosen to put together such a flagship release.

The BOX consists of 5 CDs, 4 postcards, a sticker and a 48 page book charting the history of the genre and packed with loads of rare memorabilia. Reviews have already been very positive of the release and the packaging and it even featured in the Sunday Times!
